SSi works with land owners and developers to provide due diligence for property transactions, property valuation, and remediation estimates for environmentally-impacted properties. We routinely perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to help with the evaluation of potential redevelopment sites for redevelopment. We have extensive experience identifying site with potential to be designated under state and federal Brownfields programs. We have guided many sites through these processes as well as voluntary cleanup programs and risk-based corrective action programs that are among the many options for redeveloping impacted properties. We incorporate end use planning to develop remedial alternatives that offer cost-effective solutions to mitigate both environmental and financial risk for our clients.
