Principal Engineer

John is responsible for developing, costing and managing the implementation of environmental assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial designs and remedial actions for utility, land development, industrial, financial and government clients. He has successfully addressed sites with impacts to all environmental media, and from sources including petroleum-related compounds, radiological constituents, coal-tar related compounds, solvents, pesticides, PCBS, heavy metals, asbestos, lead-based paint and ash constituents. His experience involves program and project management, supervision of multi-discipline project teams, and technical support for remedial actions, IRMs, and studies/investigations.  These activities were performed under regulatory requirements associated with State and Federal government enforcement regulations including RCRA and CERCLA as well as Brownfields and Voluntary Cleanup Programs in several states. John’s experience also includes client/regulatory interface, negotiation of remedial action levels with State agencies, supervision of field activities, and litigation support.

 

John holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Chemical and Biochemical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer
