Principal Geoscientist, President  and Founder.

Tim is responsible for designing, costing and managing the implementation of environmental assessments, hydro-geologic investigations and remedial design and remediation actions for clients.  He has overall responsibility for client relations, communication and negotiations with regulatory agencies, management of subcontractors and project cost control.

Tim’s experience includes program and project management, and supervision of multidisciplinary project teams and technical support for remedial actions, IRMs, and studies/investigations under regulatory requirements associated with Administrative Order on Consent, RCRA, and CERCLA.  His experience also includes client/regulatory interface, negotiation of remedial action levels with State and Federal agencies, implementation of state guidelines on remedial requirements, work plan development, historical records review, supervision of field activities, separate phase (LNAPL and DNAPL) delineation and measurement, aquifer testing and interpretation, groundwater modeling, remedial design and implementation.

Tim has also provided expert services such as strategic environmental planning and expert testimony to clients in a variety of industries to address the most complex environmental remediation problems.  His expertise includes the investigation and closure of manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites and he is a designer of the patented technology for the In Situ Stabilization and Closure of impoundments.  Tim holds degrees in Geology, Biology and graduate training in Hydrogeology.  He also holds a graduate degree in Business as well as Professional Geologist Certifications.
